If they don't dry your dog, we'll refund you. No need to send them back.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us at mudandmischieftowels@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as set out by law.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take some extra time to post it.
